Had a great Xmas holiday over there. The hotel had a lovely view of the hills, with cozy and clean rooms. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always taking care to make the guests feel welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby sightseeing spots and local amenities. loved the complimentary breakfast and the indoor games facility. Would definitely visit again!
The slightly irregular hot water supply, which required constant follow-ups with the hotel staff. However, this did not dampen the mood of the overall experience.

I had an excellent stay at Seven Endue. The service was superb, especially Karthik who made our days polite and smooth. The location was perfect for sightseeing. The room was clean and pleasant, with first-class amenities. The proprietor was amicable and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Ooty.

The hotel is located in a prime area close to the market hub and amidst the beautiful hills. the rooms are clean and the staff is amicable, catering to every requirement of the guests. the service is prompt and satisfactory.
The parking space is not adequate enough, which may lead to inconvenience to guests having their vehicles.

We had a great stay with excellent service, clean facilities, and helpful staff. The hotel's location in the Ooty hills was perfect for exploring the city and very close to the happening market area, making transportation easy. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the hotel parking was convenient for our car.

The amenities offered were good and the location of the hotel was convenient. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the window.
The staff was not attentive and the room was not up to the standard we expected. the pillows and sheets had stains, and the bathroom was not clean.
